Register and login as member in JOM Holiday
Register as a member in JOM Holiday before booking in order to speed up your booking process, company able to collect and save your booking records. You can always login and go to “My Booking” to check/trace your booking.
How do I pay for the tours?

Didn’t receive confirmation slip after booking?
Please check your junk/spam mail first because sometimes email service provider may misidentify the confirmation slip as a spam. If there’s still no confirmation slip in your junk/spam mail, kindly leave a message to us at “Contact Us” or email us at admin@jomholiday.com.my We will resend the confirmation slip as soon as possible and we are always ready to assist you.

What is the difference between Seat-In-Coach (SIC) and Private tour?
SIC tour means you will share the trip and guide with other guests come from different countries. Private tour means you will only travel together with your family, friends, and travel companions.
What services are included in the tours?
Please refer to the “INCLUDED” (below general information) and “REMARK” (below the itinerary) for every tour. The services might vary for different tours.
I booked a tour including pickup and dropoff service.How do I inform the seller which hotel i stayed
You are requested to fill in pickup and drop off location upon booking, seller will pickup and dropoff based on the location that you provided.
What if I have some special needs?
Please write down your special requirements/needs in “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION” column upon booking.
Tour conducted in English or Chinese?
Most of the tours will be conducted by English-speaking guides, unless it is stated. If you need a Chinese-speaking guide, please write down your special request in “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION” upon booking. JOM Holiday will try the best to arrange Chinese-speaking guide for you. (Depends on the availability, surcharge applies)
What if I couldn’t find/contact my service provider/seller on tour day?
A confirmation slip will be send to you once your booking has been confirmed. Please refer to the tour company information and contact number listed on the confirmation slip. Other than that, you are always welcome to leave us a message at “Contact Us” or email whenever you need.
