- All timings are estimated and for reference purposes only, actual time may be vary depends on number of visitors, distance, season, weather and road conditions.
- If cruise unable to cruise out (still at the port) due to bad weather / bad sea condition, only partial fee will be refund.
- NBC does not provide any umbrella, kindly bring your own umbrella as the walkway to the jetty is unsheltered.
- Child rate applies for children between 3 - 11 years old.
- Infant below 3 years old surcharge: RM50/pax.
- Tables and Seats are allocated onboard the cruise. Table seating arrangement will follow the latest SOPs set by the Ministry of Health. For couples who wish to have guaranteed private table by the window, surcharges of RM150/table will apply.
- You may be assign to bar table if you did not purchase the Guaranteed Window Seat RM150, If you're pregnant lady please inform us immediately.
- Package with transportation just for hotel within KK City, Transportation surcharge : Outskirts Area Hotels / Homestay – RM30/pax.
- Additional Peak Season surcharges for Public Holidays & Eve of Public Holidays: RM 50/Adult, RM 30/Child (All Market & Sessions)
- PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME TO AVOID MISSING THE CRUISE DEPARTURE (Postponement fee: RM50/pax)

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.
Tour Type
Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.
Pickup Service
Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
