General Information
| Ranau is a town and district 108km east of Kota Kinabalu. It is a cool region with mountainous views all around. This makes the prefect setting for paragliding scenery. Take off from a high point in Lohan. Depands on wind condition, you will fly for several minutes, soaring up above mountain trees to observe the land below, seeing paddyfields and villages. Ranau has diverse flora ranges from rich tropical lowland and hill rainforest to tropical mountain, sub-alpine forest and scrub on the higher elevations. Apart from its small town charm, there is other nearby attractions of Mountain Kinabalu. |
| Located at the foothill of Mount Kinabalu, Desa Cattle Dairy Farm offers one of the most amazing scenery one could envision. Often chosen as a wedding photography destination, with the majestic Mount Kinabalu overlooking beautiful green pastures, the scenery is breathtaking, not forgetting the cool breeze that Kundasang has to offer. The real attraction here is the cattle farm, producing about 900,00 litres of milk per year. The farm is 199 hectars and most of the milking cows are Friesians, the highest milk producers of all cattle breeds. It is an ideal destination for the whole family, where there are activities such as feeding the calves with bottled milk, feeding goats with grass, how milk is processed as well as the milking process are available for all. If you have ever wondered how milk is made, Desa Cattle Farm is the place for you. |
| On the way of return to Kota Kinabalu city, you will notice few stalls alongside the road with signs displaying “Bakas” or “Sinalau Bakas”. Sinalau means smoked and Bakas mean wild boar in Sabah. The villagers along the road especially Kampung Kelawat area are mostly christian and they hunt for wild boar at the jungle nearby their village for its meat. Sinalau Bakas is a traditional food for the Kadazandusun people of Sabah. |

Continue journey and take an opportunity to shop for souvenirs among wide assortments of tropical fruits in Nabalu town.

Depart to Ranau Town - Lohan for the Paragliding Section, safety briefing will commence before the flying session. Enjoy the scenery while paragliding from 2200 feets up to 10minutes. (depend on weather and wind condition).

Proceed to Ranau Town food court for local cuisine food hunting. If time allow, visit to Ranau Town to see the locals lifestyle ( Market / Fruit Market, Temple)

Depart to Desa Cattle Farm. You can try their product like milk, soft ice-cream, you can also get chance to feet the calves. (Own Expenses)

On the way back, stopby our local ethnic store and try our Sinalau Bakas, which mean grill wild boar. (Drinks by own expenses)

- Itinerary for reference only, actual time may be vary depends on number of visitors, distance, season, weather and road conditions.
- If Paragliding activity cancel due to weather after tour commence, RM150 per person for Paragliding activity will be refund. Tour will continue visit to Kinabalu Park & Poring Hot Spring OR Sabah Tea & Luanti.
- Additional RM30 for video using GoPro (you can use your own camera with your own responsibility)
- Paragliding Requirment: No need experience / Minimum weight of 40kg and maximum weight of 100kg / Casual attire with closed shoes / Bring own memory or pen drive for video transfer
- Recommend to bring: comfortable walking shoes, insect repellant, sun block lotion, warm jacket, raincoat.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.
Tour Type
Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.
Pickup Service
Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
