General Information
Turtle Island park is located 40km North of Sandakan. The island consists of several islands, including Selingan, Bakungan Kecil and Gulisan island. It provides a safe haven for the endangered green turtles and toads and it is a rare opportunity to let you witness the process of lay ashore. Selingan is the largest island and the park's headquarter was bulit on the island. There are also hatcheries, accommodation and other basic facilities. The other two islands are mostly engaged in activities to protect nature.

Transfer, accommodation, and meals stated-

Pick up from hotel and transfer to CQ Jetty for Selingan Turtle Island. This journey by motorised boat will take about 1 hour. (0815 for city hotels & Sandakan Hotel, 0830 for Sabah Hotel, 0845 for Sepilok Jungle Resort)

After lunch
grab your mask, fins and snorkel and head to the beach where you can find lots of juvenile marine life. Or, you can choose to relax or sun bathing by the beach.

Before dinner
treat yourself to a slide show featuring information of the turtle park and turtles.

After dinner
standby at the Cafeteria. Wait for Park Ranger’s signal before proceed in a small group to the egg-laying site to witness the mother turtle laying eggs, transferring of eggs to the hatchery and releasing of hatchlings to the sea. Stay overnight at Selingan Island Chalet.

- Snorkelling gears are available to hire (Please refer to the Island).
- Recommend to bring : Raincoat (wet season Nov-Feb), cap/hat, insect repellent, sun cream, swimwear, torchlight, slippers, comfortable cotton T-shirt, short pants, binocular, camera and personal medications

depart Selingan Island and return to mainland.

arrived at the jetty. Transfer back to respective hotels or continue your next excursions to Sepilok Orang Utan Centre or Kinabatangan River.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.

Pickup Service
