BORNEO DIVERS MABUL RESORT idyllically set on one of the many islands in the Semporna district, Mabul Island is renowned for its amazing array of underwater macro-life and home to some of the rarest ecological species on earth. Our jetty rests within the infamous dive site named Paradise in Mabul Island and the dive community has called our house reef the "Parasie 2". The house reef has several sunken boats including the police marine boat PX! measures 28M legth is part of the fleet for peer divers to explore.
Beyond the incredible marine life, our Mabul Resort offers an idyllic beachfront setting with charming tropical-themed villa and chalets, and boasts of some of the warmest, friendliest people that greatly reflects Borneo's rich cultural heritage.
Though the beating heart of the resort is surely the dive centre, non-divers counld enjoy snorkelling or verture into taking up diving course at the resort. Those who prefer to have their feet firmly on the ground can indulge in a manicure or therapeutic reflexology session at the beach side gazebo, enjoy a few cocktails and meet new people at the bar, feast on exquisite local and international cuisines, and a whole lot more.
- Proof of Identity, Nationality and Dive License is required.
- No dive allowed within 24hours prior to departure flight time.
- Combining Diver Package (D) and Non-Diver Package (ND) is not allowed.
- The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right and final decision to amend, proceed or abort any resort activities due to safety reason or subjected to bad weather or sea condition, poor visibility and if divers’ own physical ability is compromised, for example injuries, intoxication, hangovers and others.
- Malaysia Tourism Tax (MyTTx): RM10 per room per night applies to guest who are not Malaysian nationals or permanent residents holding a MyPR card.
- Peak Season Surcharge: Required during Hotel High Season, Christmas, New Year Eve, Chinese New Year, Labour Day, Wesak Day, Hari Raya Puasa, Pesta Keamatan and other festive seasons or Sabah Public Holidays.

i) Confirmation date to 30 days before arrival - 30% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
ii) 29 days to 15 days before arrival - 50% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
iii) 14 days to 01 day before arrival - 75% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
iv) NO SHOW of customer - 100% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.

Additional information
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.
Tour Type
Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.
Pickup Service
Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
