Important Note！！！
  • Strictly no outside food or drinks to bring in the resort.
  • Due to storage limitation on boat, we suggested one light travel bag per person is recommended. 
  • In the event of cancellation due to bad weather condition or unforeseen circumstances, fully refund or change of travel date is allowed. 
  • The company will not be responsible for any property loss or injury suffered during the trip.
 
The above rates EXCLUDE compulsory charges as follow:
  • Malaysia Tourism Tax (MyTTx): RM10 per room per night applies to guest who are not Malaysian nationals or permanent residents holding a MyPR card.
  • Peak Season Surcharge: Required during Hotel High Season, Christmas, New Year Eve, Chinese New Year, Labour Day, Wesak Day, Hari Raya Puasa, Pesta Keamatan and other festive seasons or Sabah Public Holidays.

BOOKING CANCELLATION
(a)  7 days before arrival – 30% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
(b)  6 days to 3 days before arrival – 50% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
(c)  2 day before arrival and No Show– 100% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
An administrative fee of MYR 150, bank charges, credit card charges and any exchange rate losses must be applied.

    Depart to Rampayan jetty.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.

Tour Type

Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.

Pickup Service

Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
