  • To operate this sunset cruise as a group tour, we require a minimum of 10 participants. Alternatively, in the event that we do not reach this minimum, we will notify you at least 2 days prior to the scheduled cruise and issue a full refund.
  • For your safety, we may cancel, shorten or change the tour based on the weather conditions. Company shall not be made liable for any damages / lost caused by bad weather condition.
  • Cancellation and refund policies apply in case of inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are limited to the following:
    • Bad weather conditions
    • Unforeseen circumstances (Padas Train canceled, Landslide, Politicians events and etc)
    • Physical discomfort (must be certified by a doctor).
  • The tour guide will wait for 5 minutes at the designated departure time. Late arrivals, temporary cancellations or no-shows will be considered as waiver and no refund will be given.
  • Outskirts hotel (Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort / Nexus Karambunai) transfer to assembly point will be charged an additional fee of MYR50 per person per return transfer. 
  • Surcharge will apply during Chinese New Year Period.
  • Child rate applies for children between 3 - 11 years old, Infant below 3 years old is FOC.
  • Price & Information valid till 2024/12/31.
  • Company reserves the rights to make changes to the Rates, Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
 
Booking Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation charges shall apply:
1) Confirmation date to 15 days before arrival – 30% of the trip's full price forfeited.
2) 14 days to 03 days before arrival – 50% of the trip's full price forfeited.
3) Less than 03 day before arrival or NO SHOW of customer – 100 % of the trip's full price forfeited.

    Arrive at Shangri-La’s Tanjung STAR Marina Jetty.

    Safety briefing and climb on-board the cruise ship.

  • 09:00

    The Day Cruise begins! Cruise along the South China Sea and witness the magnificent views of Kota Kinabalu city. Among the places of interest we can see from the ship are: Sutera Harbour Resort, the Water Front, Handicraft Market, Pasar Besar Kota Kinabalu, Hyatt Regency Kinabalu and Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. Enjoy the free flow of soft drinks on-board.

  • 10:00

    Arrive at Dreamer’s Island and settle down at the appointed place. Mask & Snorkel will be distributed by Tour Guide and briefing. Free at leisure. Unlimited water activities would be Snorkelling, Fun fishing, Transparent Kayaking, inflatable float toys and water sliding.

  • 12:00

    Enjoy the luncheon at Dreamer’s Island. Free at leisure after lunch.

  • 14:00

    Return to the ship and cruise along the pristine waters of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park.

  • 15:00

    Return to jetty, transfer back to KK city hotel. End of tour.

  • What to Bring: Personal toiletries (shampoo, shower gel), towel, sand-fly repellent, drinking water, additional set of clothing, sun block lotion, waterproof bag and sun hat.
  • The time stated in the above itinerary is for reference only. The actual time depends on the travel situation of the day. It is not ruled out that traffic jams, roadblocks, etc. will also occur.
  • Cruise are only available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.

Tour Type

Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.

Pickup Service

Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.

Insurance

Tourist transportation insurance included. Please contact your insurance agency for personal travel insurance.
