- The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right and final decision to amend, proceed or abort any resort activities due to safety reason or subjected to bad weather or sea condition, poor visibility and if divers’ own physical ability is compromised, for example injuries, intoxication, hangovers and others.
- Tourism Tax (MyTTx) RM10 per night per room - only applies to Non Malaysian / International (with Foreign Passports).

- Peak Season Surcharge: Required during Hotel High Season, Christmas, New Year Eve, Chinese New Year, Labour Day, Wesak Day, Hari Raya Puasa, Pesta Keamatan and other festive seasons or Sabah Public Holidays.
i) Confirmation date to 31 days before arrival - Fully refund.
ii) 30 days to 20 days before arrival - 50% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
iii) 20 days before arrival - 100% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.

- 2 Times Daily Boat Transfer to Pandanan island: 10:00am and 13:00pm; Check-in time: 14:00pm.

- Please take note: guest arriving after departure time will be considered as a NO SHOW.
- Special boat request out of the schedule time subject to availability and extra charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.
Tour Type
Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.
Pickup Service
Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
