JSK Mantanani Island Resorts features 41 superbly appointed rooms, featuring 29 stunning Premium Sea View Villas and 12 splendid Deluxe Rooms that are surrounded by nothing but sandy beaches, emerald waters, and azure skies. You can explore the scenic points of the island such as the Dragon’s Tail, Lingisan Cave, Mantanani Kecil, Blue Tears, Corals, our mesmerising sunset view, and more! You may also engage in a game of water sport of your choice on our inflatable water park or opt for something more exhilarating by going kayaking or snorkeling.
JSK Mantanani Island Resorts is located at Mantanani Besar Island, one of the three islands that make up the main island of Mantanani. Our main jetty is located just around 100KM away from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA). From there, it will take a 45 minute speedboat ride to reach our resort.
- Malaysia Tourism Tax (MyTTx): RM10 per room per night applies to guest who are not Malaysian nationals or permanent residents holding a MyPR card.

Peak Season Surcharge: Required during Hotel High Season, Christmas, New Year Eve, Chinese New Year, Labour Day, Wesak Day, Hari Raya Puasa, Pesta Keamatan and other festive seasons or Sabah Public Holidays.

Jetty Fee
- We reserve the right and final decision to amend, proceed or abort any resort activities due to safety reason or subjected to bad weather and others.
- In the event of cancellation due to bad weather condition or unforeseen circumstances, change of travel date is allowed, No refund will be given.
- The company will not be responsible for any property loss or injury suffered during the trip.

Arrival at JSK Rampayan Jetty, Kota Belud. Registration.

Depart from JSK Rampayan Jetty to JSK Mantanani Island Resorts. (Your journey will take approximately 30-45 mins, subject to sea conditions).

Arrival at JSK Mantanani Island Resorts. Lunch at Alawa Restaurant.

Check-in. Enjoy your leisure time on the island by joining our resort's water sport and recreation tours, Alternatively, you can simply relax at Aramaiti Lounge with refreshing drinks and delicious ice cream.

There are two snorkelling points. Each point takes 20-30 minutes and is subject to weather conditions. The second snorkelling session will commence. Guests will head to Coral Island and Dragon’s Tail thereafter.

Return to Resort.

- If you need land transportation from Kota Kinabalu to JSK Rampayan jetty, please book in advance. (Pick-up point: Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, Kota Kinabalu)
- If you choose the land transportation we provide, you can ask for assistance at the JSK counter in the ticket office after arriving at the Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal.
- If you have to go to JSK Rampayan jetty by yourself, the journey to the jetty will take about 1.5 hours, depending on the road conditions, it is recommended that you plan your itinerary in advance.
- Please note that we will strictly follow the itinerary pick-up/transport time, depart on time at 7:00 am to JSK Rampayan jetty (land transportation); depart on time at 9:30 am for JSK Mantanani Island Resort.
- There are two snorkeling points. Each point takes 20-30 minutes and is subject to weather conditions.
- Before check-in, all luggage will be stored in the Luggage Storage Room.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.
Tour Type
Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.
Pickup Service
Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
