The above rates EXCLUDE compulsory charges as follow:
- Malaysia Tourism Tax (MyTTx): RM10 per room per night applies to guest who are not Malaysian nationals or permanent residents holding a MyPR card.
- Peak Season Surcharge: Required during Hotel High Season, Christmas, New Year Eve, Chinese New Year, Labour Day, Wesak Day, Hari Raya Puasa, Pesta Keamatan and other festive seasons or Sabah Public Holidays.

- Due to storage limitation on boat, every guest is only allowed one (1) piece luggage (cabin or backpack size only) on board; otherwise a surcharge of RM50 per luggage will be levied on and be paid by the guest.
- The company will not be responsible for any property loss or injury suffered during the trip.
- In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances which render a cancellation of last boat transfer into the island for reasons of safety / commercial reasons, all relevant and lodging cost(s) for the overnight stay will be arranged by the company. There will be no further claims OR no refunds for such incidential circumstances (Non-Refundable booking). We offer guest(s) to :
1) Postpone the trip/Reschedule 
2) Utilise the stay at Magellan Sutera Resort/Pacific Sutera Hotel
 
BOOKING CANCELLATION
(a)  More than 30 days before arrival – No cancellation charge.
(b)  30 to 15 days before arrival – 50% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
(c)  Less than 15 days before arrival or No Show – 100% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
** An administrative fee of RM150, bank charges, credit card charges and any exchange rate losses must be applied.

Additional information

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.

Tour Type

Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.

Pickup Service

Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
