- For your safety, we may cancel, shorten or change the tour based on the weather conditions. Company shall not be made liable for any damages / lost caused by bad weather condition.
- Cancellation and refund policies apply in case of inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are limited to the following:
- Bad weather conditions
- Unforeseen circumstances (Padas Train canceled, Landslide, Politicians events and etc)
- Physical discomfort (must be certified by a doctor).
- Late arrivals, temporary cancellations or no-shows will be considered as waiver and no refund will be given.
- KK City hotel transfer to assembly point will be charged an additional fee of MYR30 per person per return transfer.
- Outskirts hotel (Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort / Nexus Karambunai) transfer to assembly point will be charged an additional fee of MYR50 per person per return transfer.
- Surcharge will apply during Chinese New Year Period.
- Child rate applies for children between 3 - 11 years old, Infant below 3 years old is FOC.
- If there is an infant participating in the trip, please do remark upon placing booking.
- Price & Information valid till 2024/12/31.
- Company reserves the rights to make changes to the Rates, Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Meet at Sutera Habour jetty (Meeting Point).

Boat trip start and depart to Gaya Island.

Visit Water Village School at Gaya Island and explore the bajau ethnic lifestyle whom stay here for more than 80 years.

Proceed to fishing spot of South China Sea around Tunku Abdul Rahman Park.

Enjoy lunch on the boat while enjoy the panoramic view of South China Sea. You may request snorkel at dock point upon lunch break.

- Please inform us whether visit Water Village School or Sapi Island or not (tickets at own expenses).
- This is a tour mainly for fishing activities. Snorkel / SUP activity will subject to proceed if theres are more than half participants interested with it.
- Itinerary for reference only, actual time may be vary depends on number of visitors, distance, season, weather and road conditions.
Additional information
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.
Tour Type
Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.
Pickup Service
Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
