General Information
Pom Pom Island Resort is around 45 minutes by boat from Semporna. It has rich tropical vegetation and is surrounded by white sand and the turquoise waters of the Celebes Sea. The resort consists of Beach Front Villas, Garden View Villas and Water Villas, which are constructed in traditional architecture to blend into the native surroundings without disturbing or removing the islands natural vegetation.
Water Villas are constructed to give superb panoramic vista of the sea. You can enjoy amazing views over the Celebes Sea from your comfortable sun beds situated on your private sun deck.

- Each person is limited to one piece of luggage.
- The resort only has coverage network (Celcom & Tune Talk).
- If you wish to have coverage line during your stay, you may subscribe to Celcom or Tune Talk (postpaid or prepaid) before checking in to the resort.
- There is NO WIFI available in the resort till further notice.
- We reserve the right and final decision to amend, proceed or abort any resort activities due to safety reason or subjected to bad weather or sea condition, poor visibility and if divers’ own physical ability is compromised, for example injuries, intoxication, hangovers and others.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.
Tour Type
Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.
Pickup Service
Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
