General Information
Timbun Mata Island ( Pulau Timbun Mata ) is an island belonging to Malaysia in the open to the Celebes Sea Darvel Bay. The island is located about 20 kilometers northwest of Semporna and is the largest island within the Darvel Bay. It is predominantly forested tight. Its maximum length is about 30.1 km, the maximum width of about 9.7 km. From the flat west coast it rises steadily to Mount Tannabalu, which is located approximately in the middle of the island. The 620 m high, cone- shaped mountain is an extinct volcano. A second summit - the 489 meter high Mount Sedungal - rises at the eastern end of the island. The island is separated by a narrow strait called Trusan Sigalong from the mainland.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.

Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.
Pickup Service
Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.
