BOOKING CANCELLATION
(a)  7 days before arrival – 30% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
(b)  6 days to 3 days before arrival – 50% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
(c)  2 day before arrival and No Show– 100% of the trip’s full price will be forfeited.
An administrative fee of MYR 150, bank charges, credit card charges and any exchange rate losses must be applied.

    Pick up guest from hotels and depart to jetty. (for Ex-KK package)

    Arrived Rampayan jetty and depart to island.

  • 10:30

    Arriving at Little Dolphin Resort. Ready to go for Snorkeling (2 points, 30 minutes each) / Sea Walking / Discover Scuba Dive (DSD, 1Dive)

  • 12:30

    Lunch. Free and easy.

  • 14:30

    Depart to Rampayan jetty.

  • 15:30

    Arriving at Rampayan jetty. End of tour.

  • Transfer back to hotel. (for Ex-KK package)

  • The itinerary is for reference only and is subject to any necessary changes in accordance with local requirements.
  • Strictly no outside food or drinks to bring in the resort.
  • In the event of cancellation due to bad weather condition or unforeseen circumstances, fully refund or change of travel date is allowed.
  • The company will not be responsible for any property loss or injury suffered during the trip.
  • Ex-KK Package just for hotel return transfer within KK City.
  • Ex-Jetty package is NOT included hotel return transfer, guests are responsible for their own transportation to the meeting point on time.
  • Child rate applies for children between 3 - 12 years old, based on YEAR OF BIRTH only.
  • Infant below 3 years old is FOC (pay jetty fee only).
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the government (if Any).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, we will collect 10% of tour fee as administrative fee; cancellation less than 7days will deduct 50% of tour fee; cancellation less than 3 days full cancellation charged. If the product relate with 3rd party service (Air Ticket, Accommodation, Mount Climbing & etc) will require to refer back to 3rd party Terms & Conditions & the company will still collect an extra 10% of tour fee as administrative fee.

Tour Type

Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries. Please notify us upon booking if you are looking for private tour, surcharge might be applied.

Pickup Service

Pickup service will be provided from the hotel/hostel/lodge that you are staying. Please wait at lobby while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrive. Dropoff service will be provided after travelling, please notify us upon booking if your dropoff location is differ from pickup location.

Insurance

Tourist transportation insurance included. Please contact your insurance agency for personal travel insurance.
